Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by NWA Bytes ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to IT services, web hosting, email hosting, remote support, and the client portal.
NWA Bytes provides managed IT services, web hosting, email hosting, remote and on-site support, and related technology services. Services may be subject to additional agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), or acceptable use policies.
Clients agree to:
Our services may not be used for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to spam, malware distribution, hacking, copyright infringement, or activities that disrupt our network or other clients.
For the fastest service, all support and sales requests should be submitted through our official ticket system. While we may offer alternative contact methods, response times are not guaranteed outside the ticket system.
Fees for services are billed according to your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
While we strive for reliable service, NWA Bytes does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may result in temporary service interruptions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a backup service is explicitly included in their agreement. NWA Bytes is not liable for data loss unless caused by gross negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NWA Bytes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activities that pose risk to our systems or other clients.
NWA Bytes may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Questions regarding these Terms should be submitted through our support ticket system or via the client portal.
